Meet Sebastian
As one of the founding members of CasinoWings, Sebastian is involved in design and development, creating webpages, newsletters and marketing for the site. He’s also been a big part of reviewing casinos that are featured on CasinoWings and creating other forms of content while managing the Stockholm office. Sebastian has been interested in graphics and design from an early age and has refined his skills over the years to also provide front end development.
After picking up Photoshop at the age of 12, thanks to his mother, who worked at an advertisement agency, Sebastian had plenty of time to practice and develop his design skills. He took a keen interest in graphics and design and later got interested in development too while studying IT. At school, he became friends with Andreas, with whom he would later form CasinoWings. After graduating, he worked for several years at various web agencies, helping local businesses get online and building and designing websites.
Combining hobbies with work
As well as being interested in graphic design, Sebastian was also a big fan of games such as Poker, Blackjack and Roulette. He first got into playing Blackjack online in 2008, but it wasn’t until 2015 when a friend introduced him to the world of online casinos that he really got involved in iGaming. While his foray into the world of online Blackjack didn’t last particularly long, Sebastian still learned a lot about the industry and already had extensive experience in design and development. Together with his friends, he figured out that they could start their own online casino site aimed at giving players quality information about where and how to play.
Sebastian and his friends realised they had the right skill set and knowledge of casinos to bring a superior affiliate site to the market despite the number of competitor sites. CasinoWings was founded with the intention of creating a casino guide site that is really focused on the players and improving their experience. For Sebastian, it is paramount that CasinoWings offers completely impartial advice on casinos and that it always focuses on sites that are safe and transparent without affecting the player experience.
Coding master and design guru
Over the years, Sebastian has remained just as important to the continued success of CasinoWings as ever. His day to day tasks involve helping to keep the site looking modern and stylish while also pitching in with the content on casinos and playing guides. Today, he’s actively involved in managing the Stockholm office, helping the team work together well and keeping CasinoWings running smoothly. This is in addition to the work he puts in to ensure that the site and all of its pages function correctly, using his years of experience in design and development.
Outside of his work at CasinoWings, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his friends, playing sports and reading. He has a strong competitive streak and loves to compete in anything he does, something that’s helped him in his professional career and made CasinoWings one of the best sources of free information for casino fans.
